Homemade Pumpkin Face Mask

Sorry I was absent yesterday; Mama ain't feeling so well.  So while I recover from whatever it is I have, I'm relaxing as much as possible and doing a little purging (doesn't it feel good to get rid of stuff?).

In my quest to relax a bit, I was able to work with the fabulous Skana Spa in upstate NY to create a yummy fall face mask for you all!

Most of these ingredients you should have in your home already.

What you'll need:
* 2 tbsp yogurt
* 1 cup pumpkin (I just used canned.)
* 2 tbsp honey
* 1/4 tsp olive oil
* Two shakes of nutmeg
* Two shakes of cinnamon

Two shakes is a technical term ya know. :)  Just add as much as you think you'll need.

Combine all the ingredients together.
Apply to damp skin and leave on for 7-10 minutes.  Wipe the mask off your face then rinse thoroughly.

Your skin will be super hydrated and feel so good!

If you have extra you can refrigerate for up to a week and use it again.

Try it out and let me know what you think!  Thank you Michelle for all your help in creating this yummy mask!

*I was not compensated for this post except the help coming up with fabulous ingredients.

    1. Great Shawn! You'll have to let me know what you think. I had some left over so I'm using it again tonight.

      Thanks for stopping by!
