As I mentioned in my first post my husband and I like to go to the gym. Well, let's be honest, we haven't been that consistent with getting into the gym lately. Sometimes life just gets in the way. So I make it to the gym when I can, and when I can't I try to do something active at home.
My husband and I have been doing bootcamp for about 2 1/2 years. I'd say we're pretty knowledgeable about body weight workout routines. So when I saw this article on Huffington Post yesterday, I thought it was a pretty good at-home option to incorporate into my repertoire. I'm sure I can sacrifice 30 minutes of my day to get a good sweat going.
