Father's Day Gift Ideas

Father's Day is just around the corner and if you're like me, you think and you think and you think about what to get Dad, but you procrastinate.  So here are a few things I think are must gets for the Father's in my life.

If I'm shopping for this guy...

I usually go right on over to Macy's becuase let's be honest, my dad is probably the most laid back person when it comes to gifts.  He likes anything I get him.  I could get him socks and he'd be happy because he probably needed them.  But this year I'm going to try to be a bit more thoughtful and not just get him another work shirt (yep, I got him the one he's wearing in the picture).  He's getting ready to retire next year (finally!) so I'll most likely get him a book about enjoying your retirement from Barnes & NobleThis one looks pretty good!

Now if your Dad is a Hawks fan like mine (Hawks being the Seattle Seahawks for those not from the PNW), you head right on over to the Pro Shop's online store and get him some Hawks gear.  They have a whole Gift Ideas section for gifts under $25.  Can't beat that!  Dad's always need new coffee mugs and one with a Seahawk on it?  Even better.

Now if I'm shopping for this guy...

Of course the Pro Shop is always an option.  But here are a few other items he would love.

He loves Versace's pour Homme cologne.  He gets complimented on it all the time.  It really is a great fragrance for any man.

And he loves watches.  I always give him a hard time for how many he has, but he wears one every day, so it's nice to have variety.  I really like this Seiko watch, and what a sale!  Kenneth Cole is another go to for watches for us and I really like the simplicity of This one.

And I hope I'm not alone when I say I'm a sucker for a man in a slim fitting t-shirt.  I love the style of this Trim Fit Henley.  An update to the classic T.

And I can't forget about this guy...

That's my father-in-law with baby A when she was a teensie weensie little babe.  He is probably the most active retired person I know.  He bikes every day and loves to enjoy the outdoors.  I'm not kidding people.  Every.Single.Day.  He's amazing.  He doesn't let any moss grow under his feet that's for sure!  I could probably get him anything from REI and he would be thrilled.

I really am surrounded by some amazing men.

I am so thankful for this guy though.

He is such an amazing father to our munchkin, and a fantastic husband.  I will probably post more about Huebie in the coming weeks leading up to Father's Day because really, he deserves some air time on here.  He's awesome!
