July 4th

The 4th of July has always been my favorite holiday.  I love the red, white and blue decorations, fireworks, and how the holiday brings us together as a country.  We usually spend the 4th at our lake house.  They have a fantastic fireworks show and it's great to spend time on the boat and with my family.

I snooped around Pinterest for some July 4th inspiration.  There are so many cute tablescapes, crafts and food options.  I'm definitely making my version of the red, white and blueberry trifle this year.  Yum!

We will be kicking off our Fourth of July week with an afternoon on the boat, fireworks at the racetrack, then heading to the lake for some more fun in the sun (and I'm sure my parents will rope us into some projects while we're there as well).
